Special Notes: Due to an overwhelming number of applicants, we anticipate all UK spots to be filled by applicants who submit their application by February 1. If students wish to be considered for one of our UK programs, they must submit your application by the February 1 deadline.


About the University of Hull


The University of Hull is culturally diverse with students from more than 100 countries around the world and has been voted as one of the top ten universities for student satisfaction in the UK. The International Office runs a series of welcome events to help you settle into life at the University of Hull, combining vital talks, tours, and social activities which help you feel more at home, while also giving students the chance to meet other new students and learn more about University and the local area.

Properly referred to as Kingston upon Hull, the city was also named the UK City of Culture in 2017 for its museums of national importance and strong traditions in arts and theatre. Situated on the coast of East Yorkshire on the River Hull.  This scenic costal city annually ranks atop the most affordable university cities in all of the UK.    

Due to to having one of the UK's largest ports, Hull has been widely known as a market town, and trading hub. Hull has a diverse range of architecture and this is complemented by parks and squares and a number of statues and modern sculptures.  Visitors enjoy the amenities of a coastal life with tourist attractions including the historic old town and museum quarter, Hull City Rugby and Hull Kingston Rover , 

Living on one of the oldest universities in the country, students won’t need to go rushing all over town to get to lectures, play sport or get something to eat. Everything’s within easy reach. You’ll have access to the brand-new gym and sports centre on your doorstep. Plus restaurants, coffee shops (including Starbucks and Costa), a 7-story library, a mini-supermarket and student entertainment and more.
